Achieving a Flawless base in 5 minutes

I have literally spent years trying to cover my acne based blemished skin, I've tried every product going pretty much, and spent a hell of a lot of money of all kinds of foundations and concealers... then I realised it was something so simple as skincare what would help me, don't get me wrong a good foundation still plays a small part to help you with an even complexion.

Bi-Facil non oily instant eye make up remover, Softening Hydrating Toner with rose water, Comforting make up remover milk.

Since becoming bothered about my appearance and really getting into beauty and fashion etc, my skin really got me down, having break outs at 22 literally sucks! what products really helped me out were this Lancome trio, they honestly have helped prevent my blemishes as well as redness, and lets me honest I'm one of those who cannot be bothered to take my make up off after a 11 hour shift so these are an actual gods send, these three products have really made my routine easy for me. They are roughly around £20 each but they last forever and make your skin feel and most importantly look great.

Now that I've sussed out the perfect cleanser, eye make up remover and toner I then needed to find the right serums, eye creams and moisturiser to suit my combination skin type. The serum what works best for me is just a No7 perfect and protect intense serum, as it really does feel lightweight and prep my skin nicely for eye cream and moisturiser, for my eye cream i'm pretty loyal to Decleors relaxing milky gel eye cream as it really does make my eyes look awake and radiant, it also helps as a nice base for my eye shadows. A bit of a random impulse buy which turned out to be a good one - the Clarins booster detox which I mix with their Hydra gel

moisturiser these little booster drops honestly make my skin feel so refreshed and clean they're supposed to help with protecting your skin from pollution and the toxic environment, and I genuinely feel like they do help, the Clarins hydra gel moisturiser mainly targets younger skin types but yes it is ok for all, this really has helped with blemishes and uneven skin tones and textures throughout my skin.

These products always give me a hydrated healthy radiant glow, I still always feel the need to complete my look with a bit of primer and foundation just to achieve that perfect

flawless finish to the base of my look, a primer which I have recently discovered the Clarins SOS primer its fresh texture and blurring effect, the High Lumitech complex instantly corrects, revives and illuminates the skin.

The result is impeccable and it makes my make-up lasts longer than usual it really is a treasure in my make up bag! A foundation I am absolutely loving right now is the Cover Fx drops - not realising you're supposed to mix them I just applied them straight onto the skin and wowwwwwwza what a result my skin was instantly smoothed and blurred out like holy crap!!! no need for insta filters anymore. what a result!
